General Description:

Duties performed typically in a school setting. Performs professional work providing teaching and/or training services to students. Work requires frequent standing, sitting, light lifting up to 10 pounds, walking, vocal communication for expressing or exchanging ideas, hearing to perceive information at a normal spoken word level and visual acuity for preparing and analyzing written or computer data.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Early Intervention Assistants will be trained to conduct the Richmond Public Schools early intervention eligibility screening process in grade K-2. Early Intervention Assistants will receive required professional development and training prior to conducting academic interventions using research based methodology in reading and/or math in grades K-2.

PAY SCALE: G-108.2 starting salary is $27,000 and maximum hiring salary is $41,524. Comes with excellent benefits.
